How it works
Three steps. No waiting room.
Booking takes about a minute. Here's exactly what happens.
Find a doctor
Open the app and choose your district. Pick a specialty, such as a heart doctor or a child specialist, or search by name. You'll see each doctor's clinic, days, hours and fee.
Book a token
Choose a day, enter the patient's name, age and phone number, and tap Book. Your token number appears at once. You can book for yourself or a family member.
Go on time
On the day, open your booking for directions or to call the clinic. Reach a little before your turn, show your token at the desk, and pay the doctor's fee there as usual.

Good to know
Is Longlyf free?
Yes. The app and booking are completely free for patients. You pay only the doctor's consultation fee, directly at the clinic, just as you always have. Longlyf never asks you to pay online.
Which phones does it work on?
The Android app is coming soon. Until then, use Longlyf in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer at www.longlyf.in/patient. On an iPhone, tap Share and then "Add to Home Screen" to open it like an app.
Can I book for my parents or children?
Yes. Add family members once and choose them when you book. Each booking gets its own token.
What if I can't make it?
Cancel or reschedule from the My Bookings screen, so the slot can go to someone else. If it's very close to the visit, please call the clinic.
Is my information safe?
We ask for your consent, collect only what is needed to book your visit, and never sell your data. You can delete your account from the app at any time. Read our Privacy Policy.
What is a token?
A token is your number in the doctor's queue for that day, like the number you get at the clinic desk. Token 5 means four patients are booked before you. Clinics see patients in token order, and may also see walk-in patients and emergencies.
When should I reach the clinic?
Reach a little before your turn. The doctor's start time is shown in your booking, and you can call the clinic from the app to ask how the queue is moving.
What if the doctor is on leave?
If a doctor becomes unavailable, the clinic marks it in Longlyf and we let you know so you can choose another day or another doctor.
Is Longlyf a hospital or a doctor?
No. Longlyf is a booking platform that connects you with independent clinics. The doctors and clinics are responsible for your treatment. For an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
How does my clinic join?
Call or email us. A Longlyf field executive visits, helps you register and sends your application for approval. After approval you sign the Clinic Partner Agreement in the Partner app, add your doctors and go live.
